Animal Science Students
AlcheraBio is located a short distance from Rutgers University’s School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, which offers highly respected graduate and undergraduate Animal Science programs. Through Dr. Rhodes’ affiliation with the programs as an adjunct professor, we have been fortunate to attract exceptional undergraduate and graduate students in Animal Science to work with us on part-time and full-time bases. This affiliation continues to provide AlcheraBio with talented young students who are familiar with various issues in animal health. The experience gained at AlcheraBio provides the students and recent graduates with the opportunity to explore facets of veterinary medicine, animal health, and veterinary drug development to which they might not be exposed to in the typical academic environment. Several students who have completed their graduate programs have become AlcheraBio employees.
