Diana J. Junio
Post-marketing Study Coordinator
After more than 30 years with Merck & Co. Inc. and its Merial joint venture, Ms. Junio joined AlcheraBio in 2004. During her Merck/Merial career, she supported almost every key area of drug development and commercialization. Ms. Junio worked in clinical biostatistics and research, finance, advertising and promotions, marketing communications, and project management. She and her staff managed marketing communications and worldwide packaging for Merck AgVet’s agricultural and veterinary products and Merial’s veterinary products.
Ms. Junio retired from Merck, but before she could adapt to a life of leisure, she was recruited to manage AlcheraBio’s office. As office manager, she oversaw all fiscal and administrative support and office services, and played key roles in the company’s many and varied projects. In 2007, Diana became AlcheraBio’s post-marketing study coordinator, and continues to contribute her experience and expertise in numerous strategic areas as AlcheraBio continues to grow.
